Role

Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Training Manager to oversee and manage training operations across multiple centres. The ideal candidate should have strong training delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively to ensure training quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and conduct training programs for learners and trainers.
- Monitor and manage training activities across multiple centres.
- Ensure consistent training quality and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare training schedules, reports, and performance analysis using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with centre teams to resolve training-related issues.
- Assess trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain training records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Travel to different centres (up to 15 days per month) for training delivery and monitoring.




- Support implementation of new training modules, tools, and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in the EdTech, Skill Development, or Education sector.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Postgraduate preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of training experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing training across multiple centres.
- Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month.
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Gender: Male preferred.
