About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across various business functions. The role requires someone who can manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and qualified networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment data, hiring reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand through candidate engagement and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and industry hiring standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy,



or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 4 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in hiring for Pharma Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D;, Supply Chain, Corporate Functions, and other pharmaceutical roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
