Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)

Salary: Upto 20k inhand

Job Description:

GTech Web Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple positions simultaneously. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple job portals.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.




- Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT Bulk Hiring.
- Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred.
- Experience in Domestic Circuit Hiring will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Notice Period: Up to 1015 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
