Qualifications Possess eight to ten years of professional experience in data engineering or software development with a solid focus on modern cloud based data platforms

Demonstrate advanced hands on experience building and managing Databricks Workflows including job scheduling dependency management and error handling strategies

Exhibit strong proficiency in Spark based data processing and at least one programming language relevant to Databricks such as Python or Scala for complex transformations Show proven experience in designing batch and near real time data pipelines that integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into curated and analytics ready datasets

Apply solid understanding of data modeling principles data warehousing concepts and performant query design to support reporting and analytics workloads





Display practical knowledge of version control tools automated testing approaches and continuous integration practices as applied to data engineering projects

Bring familiarity with at least one major cloud platform data ecosystem such as Azure AWS or GCP with a preference for experience integrating Databricks with native cloud services Illustrate experience working in hybrid work models that balance remote collaboration and on site coordination while maintaining strong communication and accountability
