Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Retail (General Trade) & FMCG

Location: Panipat, Haryana, Indore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA

Experience: 2+ years (Retail / FMCG / BDE role preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the retail and FMCG segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the retail and FMCG market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at retail outlets.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle order generation, billing coordination, and timely delivery follow-ups.
- Execute promotional activities and in-store branding initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Key Requirements

- Any Graduate / MBA (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG, retail sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills..
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in FMCG companies or distribution handling.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
