Job Description

We are looking for a highly competent Accounts Executive with an exceptional educational background (Class-10, 10+2 & Graduation -Above 60%) and 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting operations. The candidate should be well-versed in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments, Talley etc.).
- Coordination in day to day various accounts works.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor/customer ledgers, and inter-company accounts.
- Assist in month-end closing, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow-ups.
- Other assigned accounts/finance/business related responsibilities on a time to time basis from leadership team.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and numerical ability.
