Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

- Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess fit against role requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, market availability, and sourcing progress.




- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and a positive hiring experience.

Data Management

- Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and time-to-source.
- Generate reports and leverage recruitment data to improve sourcing effectiveness and support decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean/X-ray search, and social recruiting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.
