Job Details Insurance

- Handle end-to-end settlement of insurance claims under Erection All Risks (EAR), Marine, Fire & Burglary, Workmen Compensation (WC), Contractor Plant & Machinery Policies etc.
- Intimate insurers and coordinate with surveyors immediately after loss incidents.
- Arrange site inspections and ensure timely submission of claim documents.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete claim dossiers.
- Follow up with insurers, surveyors, brokers and project teams for timely claim settlement.
- Review survey reports and negotiate claim assessments wherever required.
- Maintain claims MIS, trackers, ageing reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with project sites teams for claim documentation and policy compliance.
- Support policy renewals, endorsements and insurance-related audits.
- Liaise with insurance brokers and insurers to ensure effective policy servicing and timely claim resolution.
- Organize periodic meetings to review progress and resolve outstanding matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
