Job Summary

The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for arcade machines, amusement equipment, and interactive games. The role requires coordinating fabrication, electronics assembly, painting, procurement, production scheduling, quality, and dispatch while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate fabrication vendors.
- Supervise structural fabrication.
- Coordinate electronics assembly.
- Monitor production progress.
- Ensure material availability.
- Improve production efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and Quality.
- Maintain production reports.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Support recent product launches.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Monitor production costs.
- Coordinate testing before dispatch.
- Improve productivity and reduce wastage.
