We are looking for a Motion Designer who is drawn to research-driven content and has the creative range to bring complex financial ideas to life on screen across explainers, data visualizations, social content, and long-form video.

What you will work on

- Original ideas We produce a lot. We want someone who looks at that output and sees formats and series we have not thought of yet.
- Research explainers We publish research on products, companies, sectors, macroeconomic conditions, among other things. You will translate institutional-grade research into accessible video formats.
- Data visualisation animations Bringing financial data like fund performance or portfolio composition to life. The work requires both design rigour and an understanding of what the numbers are actually communicating.
- Product explainers Animating how our products work for audiences who need clarity before they can act - what an AIF is, how a PMS differs from a mutual fund, how algo trading operates etc.
- Social motion content Animated carousels, story templates, reel intros, and formats built for how people consume content on platform.
- Podcast and interview production Editing and animating long-form recorded content - adding motion, graphics, and visual rhythm to interviews of our spokespeople.

What we are looking for
- Creative initiative The creative scope is huge. We want someone who comes with recent ideas and experimentation in addition to execution.




- Motion design craft We are looking for someone with command across the full range of what motion design demands like timing, easing, typographic animation, compositing, sound design awareness, and the ability to move between styles without losing coherence. We want to see your design thinking and decisions behind the work, not just the output. We would like to see explainer work, data animation, social content, and ideally some live-action integration or creative coding.
- Financial curiosity You need to be comfortable or interested in learning about financial content, understand what it is communicating, and make intelligent design decisions based on that understanding.
- Data visualisation and information design We are looking for original information design, where the form follows the insight making complex data legible.

- Must-have Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Nice to have Cinema 4D, Rive, Lottie, Creative coding through libraries like GSAP, p5.js

We also want to understand how you use AI tools in your workflow, whether for ideation, asset generation, or speeding up production.
