Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition will be the primary KRA

Understand client based objectives and accordingly

o For Long Only Clients/Funds - Introduce to Equity Research team

o For Derivative and Algo Based clients Introduce to Algo/System Network Team

Should maintain close relationships with fund managers/ fund admins

Ensuring post onboarding revenues from the client by coordinating with respective internal teams

Skills and Competencies:

Interpersonal / Communication Skills

Networking and Market Intelligence

Solid Client Relationship Skills

Basic Understanding of

o Indian Equity/Currency Markets

o Understanding of algorithmic trading strategies will be desirable though not a prerequisite

Have exposure and relationships with Institutional clients abroad

Qualification / Experience

PG / MBA

8-12 years of experience
