Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through accurate data management and market analysis. The role involves cleaning and maintaining real estate data, fulfilling client-specific data requirements, and assisting in client-facing product demonstrations

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Clean, validate, and maintain the integrity of real estate data

- Analyze real estate market trends and support research initiatives

- Fulfill client data requests accurately and within timelines

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for clients

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain data-driven insights to clients

- Support due diligence and basic real estate analysis activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability

Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business,



or a related field

- 1 2 years of experience in Real Estate

- Strong analytical and data-handling skills

- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools

- Good communication and presentation skills
