Job role: QUALITY MANAGER

Pay: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month plus performance incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ISO/Quality Consultant with strong exposure to manufacturing processes, ISO standards, and lean tools implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ISO / ZED / MCLS training and support to pan-India teams
- Handle ISO implementation, documentation, and audits
- Prepare MIS reports and performance tracking
- Support field consultancy projects (with incentives)
- Guide internal teams on quality systems and compliance

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years experience in manufacturing / quality / ISO domain
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
- Experience in ISO implementation / auditing / consultancy
- Comfortable with training & team handling

Preferred Qualifications

- Handled ISO documentation of a company as a Management Representative(M.R.)
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor
- Experience in Lean tools / ZED / MCLS/ISO Implementation/ISO Auditing
- Background in BE/BTech / Diploma / Graduation with relevant experience

Training & Growth

- Training to become ZED / MCLS Consultant
- Exposure to national-level consultancy projects
