Recruiting Sourcing Associate
Key Responsibilities:
1: Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
2: Source candidates for Non It (Legal, Finance, Marcom), consulting and Techno/ functional roles including strategy, transformation, procurement, supply chain, SAP, and data analytics.
3: Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) to identify and engage passive talent.
4: Conduct initial outreach and screening, ensuring clear and compelling communication to attract top candidates.
4: Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs across consulting and functional domains.
5: Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.
6: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in ATS platforms like Workday.
7: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders,



providing regular updates and managing expectations.
8: Mentor junior sourcers and contribute to sourcing process improvements"

1: Min Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. MBA's preferrable/ BE. BE Tech
2: 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on consulting and Techno-functional hiring from Big 4s & MNCs
3: Proven success in hiring for roles in Non IT (Finance, Legal, Marcom), Consulting, Platforms like - SAP/ Salesforce and for industries like IT, Comms & Media, High-tech, Retail, Products, Software& platform, Automotive & Industrial
4: Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar platforms.
5: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6: Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
7.Market Research is preferrable.

Shift Time Work mode(WFH/WFO)
General 9.00 AM to 6.30 PM WFO
