Role Overview:
The Manager Talent Acquisition will own end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions, with a strong focus on timely hiring, candidate experience, stakeholder management, and building talent pipelines. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Events or Experiential Marketing industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and industry databases.
- Build pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce requirements, market trends, compensation and hiring strategy.
- Ensure robust candidate experience and timely communication.
- Drive employer branding,



campus engagement and referral initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics, funnel conversion and source effectiveness.
- Improve recruitment processes and support ATS/recruitment technology initiatives.

Ideal Profile:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
- Strong ownership and execution orientation.
- Analytical mindset with recruitment metrics experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
