RAMA Group is looking for a Senior Finance Officer to oversee the finance and accounts function across both entities.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
CTC: 12 LPA 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete finance and accounts function for both entities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, budgets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities
- Strengthen internal financial controls and improve processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring timely closures and reporting

Requirements:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Proven experience in independently managing the entire finance function
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Proactive, analytical, and capable of driving process improvements
- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
