Plant Business Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical plant Business Finance professional to support financial planning and decision-making across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will work closely with plant, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to drive cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of finance principles along with exposure to supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Analyze operational costs across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and plant functions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances and recommendations.
- Prepare ROI calculations, financial models, and business cases for operational and investment decisions.
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to track key performance metrics and improve financial efficiency.
- Assist in inventory analysis, working capital management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.




- Support month-end closing activities and financial reviews.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, processes, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Supply Chain Finance, Plant Finance, or related finance roles.
- Working knowledge of supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing ROI analyses and business cases is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with a manufacturing company, factory, plant, or supply chain-driven business.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convert operational data into actionable financial insights.
- Self-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.

Note: Candidates with prior exposure to manufacturing, supply chain operations, inventory management, or plant finance environments will be preferred.
