- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other customers.
- Conduct site visits to identify and pursue recent business opportunities.
- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.
- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.
- Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience in field sales, channel sales, banking, or insurance sales can apply.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.
- Ability to work in a day shift role with third-party payroll (2coms).
- Must know the local language of Mumbai.
