Shift Timings : 12-9PM

Work from Office Monday to Friday (5days)

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for multiple digital products. The role involves designing user interfaces, maintaining a scalable design system, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and using AI-powered tools to improve design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a centralized design system and component library.
- Ensure consistent, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across products.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support research, ideation,



prototyping, and design optimization.

Requirements

- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Solid portfolio showcasing complex product designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
- Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Material Design, Inclusive Design).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing multi-product platforms.
- Knowledge of design governance and design system adoption.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging design technologies.
