Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Development Manager to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible

for designing, developing, and optimizing the logistics network to support efficient and cost-effective distribution operations. You will

work closely with cross-functional teams to assess network performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement

strategies to expand or enhance the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies for logistics network design, focusing on cost reduction,

service optimization, and scalability.

- Regularly arrange meetings with the partners online.
- Generate business from the network where Ceekay is a part of.
- Marketing to be done through social media channels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data to understand current network performance, identify inefficiencies, and

provide actionable insights for improvements.

- Team-oriented Development: Work with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, operations, IT, and procurement) and external

partners (e.g., carriers, service providers, real estate agents) to enhance the network.

- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure the

continuity of logistics operations.

- Continuous Improvement:



Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the network is efficient, cost-effective, and

flexible to meet changing market demands.

- Budget Management: Prepare budgets for network expansion and improvements, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting

operational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in network development, logistics, or supply chain management role.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation etc.
- Expertise in data analysis and the use of software tools for network optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with financial forecasting and budget management for logistics networks.
- Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in global logistics network development.

Work Environment:

- This position requires occasional travel to evaluate potential locations and partner meetings.
- Flexible working conditions may be available, with both in-office and remote work options.
