Position Name: EA to CEO

Education: ANY Graduate

Reporting To: CEO

Roles & Responsibility:

Coordinate and manage the Directors daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.

Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.

Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, local transport,

and visa processing (if applicable).

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure logistical smoothness.

Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and other business correspondence.

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Record minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.





Maintain integrity in managing confidential records and data.

Assist in tracking progress of critical projects or strategic initiatives as directed by the Director.

Collaborate with other departments to gather and consolidate data/information.

Maintain filing systems, records, and documents both digitally and physically.

Oversee expenses, reimbursements, and prepare expense reports.

Coordinate communication with board members, clients, vendors, and senior leadership.

Ensure qualified representation of the Director in all forms of communication.

Support logistics for any team or department-led initiatives under the Directors office.

Be the go-to person for anything requiring the Directors attention or representation.
