Role & responsibilities

* Conduct in office quality audits of ongoing high-value painting projects.

* Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with defined SOPs and quality standards.

* Identify operational gaps from both the internal team and service partner end and recommend process improvements.

* Handle customer escalations through site visits and ensure timely resolution.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular customer engagement.

* Generate customer referrals and contribute to business growth through referral conversions.

* Coordinate with operations, sales, and service partners to ensure seamless project execution.

* Maintain audit reports, customer feedback, and quality documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

* Maximum age: 28 years.

* Prior experience in Home Interiors, Painting Services, Home Improvement, Facility Management, Construction, or relevant startup ecosystem.

* Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and site visits.

* Valid Driving License (Mandatory).

* Should be based within the city limits of Mumbai, Pune.
