Role Definition

Leads, manages, and supports projects and supervises teams related to process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring performance and improvements in key metrics. Promoting the use of metrics and data to drive project focus.
- Directing, inspiring and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Tracking financial results and reports on quantifiable goals and objectives; estimating future projects from financial, throughput, lead-time and on-time performance improvements to assist in the prioritization of projects.
- Training and mentoring employees; educating personnel on Lean and Six Sigma methodology and identifying the best projects for implementation.

Degree/Experience required

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Experience required 15 to 20years
