Role & responsibilities

- Manage key customer accounts and build long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Plant Operations, Product Development (PD), Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and other internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for seamless order execution and on-time deliveries.
- Work closely with the Plant and R&D; teams to ensure efficient production planning and successful order fulfilment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding into current markets, appointing distributors, and acquiring domestic customers.
- Lead domestic sales activities, including pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
- Achieve assigned revenue,



sales volume, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement domestic sales strategies to expand market presence and increase market share.
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit plans, and periodic business reports for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely technical and commercial support and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Designation: Sr. Manager/Manager-Business Development

Qualification: B.E. Chemical/B.sc/MBA /PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing

Experience: 08 to 15 years

CTC: As per industry standard

Location: Thane (H. O.)
