Role & responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning: Installing, aligning, and starting up machinery (e.g., HVAC, BMS, Access) according to technical drawings

and standards.

Testing & Validation: Performing functional checks, loop tests, and troubleshooting during start-up to ensure performance.

Documentation: Preparing site reports, installation records, and updating operation manuals.

Client Liaison: Training client staff on operations and providing technical support.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

- 25 years of experience in BMS service, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Delta, or similar.
- Willing to travel to client sites for service support.

Salary: 2.5 LPA 4.5LPA (Depending on Experience)
