We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions across network operations and IT service management workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Python development skills with hands-on expertise in Resolve Actions Pro to build self-healing, reusable automation frameworks that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and accelerate incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities Network Automation

- Design and develop end-to-end network automation solutions using Python and Resolve Actions Pro.
- Develop automation workflows for configuration backup, configuration deployment, compliance validation, network health checks, inventory collection, device onboarding, incident remediation, and change automation.
- Develop reusable, scalable automation frameworks that can be extended across teams and use cases.

Resolve Actions Pro Development
- Design and develop automation workflows using Resolve Actions Pro.
- Create and maintain Assess Scripts, Content Scripts, Workflows, and Runbooks.
- Build Dynamic Forms, REST Integrations, Python Actions, and Groovy Scripts.
- Develop self-healing automation for production incidents and automated remediation workflows triggered by monitoring alerts.
- Create and maintain reusable automation libraries; troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Resolve platform.
- Integrate Resolve with enterprise platforms and third-party systems.

Python Development
- Develop automation scripts and applications using Python.




- Build REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Develop multi-threaded and asynchronous applications.
- Create reusable Python libraries and modules; handle data parsing across JSON, XML, CSV, and YAML formats.
- Build CLI and GUI-based automation tools.

Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting.
- Working experience with Resolve Actions Pro (or similar ITSM/orchestration platforms) is highly preferred.
- Experience building REST APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts device configuration, monitoring, and compliance.
- Experience with Groovy scripting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with multi-threaded/async programming patterns.
- Comfort working with structured data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design reusable, production-grade frameworks.

Good to Have
- Exposure to monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or similar).
- Experience integrating automation platforms with enterprise systems (ITSM, CMDB, ticketing tools).
- Prior experience building CLI or GUI-based internal tools.
