Position: Audit Assistant/Executive (Mutual Fund)
Location: Thane.

Role Summary:

Assist in auditing mutual funds and asset management operations by reviewing financial
records, validating NAV calculations, testing investment transactions, performing
reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory
requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial statement and mutual fund audits.
Review and validate NAV calculations and fund valuations.
Perform portfolio, cash, and general ledger reconciliations.
Test investment transactions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
Prepare audit work papers and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Required Skills





Understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
Knowledge of mutual funds, asset management, and investment products.
Familiarity with NAV calculation and fund accounting concepts.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Effective communication and report-writing skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
