We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (Team Handling) to lead a team of recruiters while managing end-to-end recruitment for key clients. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruiting expertise with strong team leadership, delivery ownership, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely delivery of vacancies
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and key positions
- Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure quality submissions
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth closures
- Maintain recruitment timelines, ratios, and delivery standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
- Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments
- Robust sourcing, screening, and communication skills
- Preference for those who have worked as Senior / supervisor in recruitment team
