- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and qualified manner
- Should be able to develop system and process understanding
- Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.
- Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions management
- Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
- Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
- Must be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documents
- Should participate in projects initiated at a team level
