The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of surveillance technologies, networking infrastructure, and structured cabling systems along with excellent client-facing and solution-selling capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team for Fire Alarm System opportunities.
- Study customer requirements, BOQs, tender specifications and prepare technically compliant solutions.
- Design Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm Systems as per project requirements.
- Prepare system architecture, device calculations, loop design, cause & effect matrix and technical documentation.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with OEM for product selection, technical clarifications and customized solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer solution discussions.
- Support channel partners, distributors and system integrators on product positioning and solution architecture.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable fire detection solutions.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, consultant discussions and customer technical meetings.
- Assist the sales team in tender evaluation and technical compliance documentation.
- Coordinate internally with Sales,



Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations for seamless project execution.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal sales teams, partners and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest fire safety regulations, industry standards and emerging technologies
