Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

Become an integral member of the FPA team at Colgate India, where you will be the financial steward for the Toothpaste business. This role demands a strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business.
- Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothpaste brands.
- Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support.
- Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful PL forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts.




- Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators.
- Delivering in-depth analysis of business performance as a critical component of the monthly reporting cycle.
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Creating comprehensive reports on the performance of current product innovations.
- Participating in automation and digitization projects within the Finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

- CA with minimum 7 years of experience
- Strong understanding of business and FPA background (must)
- Robust analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong presentation skills
