Key Skills Required
- Experience in Lawson ERP data extraction
- Strong expertise in MS SQL query development and query optimization
- Hands-on experience in data mapping and conversion to Oracle templates
- Experience in data validation and data reconciliation
- Robust understanding of end-to-end data migration processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
- 5+ years of experience in data migration projects
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
