- Scrap Analysis- Standard vs Actual.
- BOM control.
- Checking and Verification of FG Production WOs.
- Preparation of Cost Sheet preparation and analysis.
- RM and Other Cost pricing calculation.
- Monitoring and Review of Manufacturing Cost.
- Monthly review of TB and all cost heads and analysing on Variance.
- Preparation of Manpower Data working.
- Inventory Valuation & Aging Reports calculation.
- Inventory Physical Verification and Corrective Actions to be implemented
- Support in Plant Monthly MIS report to Various Stakeholders and HO
- Support in Cost Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and other Audit compliances
- Support in Plant Budget Preparation Capex and Opex
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Preferred candidate profile
8-10 years of working experience from Steel industry.
