Role: Manager Compliance & Internal Audit
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance functions within the organization. The role involves ensuring adherence to RBI and BFSI regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits, overseeing call monitoring and quality processes, identifying compliance risks, implementing corrective actions, and leading the audit team to ensure consistent regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The candidate will also coordinate with partner Banks, NBFCs, and cross-functional teams while driving timely completion of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audit requirements.
