Hiring for: Category Head & Lead (Cosmetics & Perfume)

Location: Mumbai | CTC: upto 35 lpa

Eligibility:

Experience: 15-20 years in Buying, Category Management, or Merchandising within Retail, Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury, or FMCG.

Education: MBA (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.

Lead buying and product selection based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.

Build and manage solid relationships with brands, suppliers, and vendors while driving commercial negotiations.

Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce,



and Operations teams for product launches and campaigns.

Manage category budgets, monitor business KPIs, and drive profitable growth.

Lead and mentor the Buying & Category Management team to achieve business objectives.
