Key Purpose of the job: The role incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, coordinating, and executing interior design projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The position involves managing design development, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and design standards. Operational deliverables: • Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts. • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials. • Create detailed working drawings including furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, elevations, and joinery details. • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution. • Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates. • Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories in line with project requirements. • Review consultant and vendor drawings and ensure compliance with design intent and project standards.



• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality of execution. • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution and resolve site-related design issues. • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Manage project timelines and support project completion within budget and schedule. Desired Candidate Profile: • Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. • 8+ years of experience in interior design projects within the real estate, hospitality, commercial, or residential sectors. • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and interior construction methodologies. • Experience in managing multiple projects from concept design through execution and handover.
