We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to support operations at Tijori Luxury Boutique . The role involves assisting boutique guests, managing billing and inventory, and ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist boutique guests with a warm, professional approach
- Handle POS billing and boutique front desk operations efficiently
- Maintain inventory records, stock counts, and basic Excel reports
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance to guests
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock replenishment and boutique requirements
- Ensure the boutique display and presentation meet luxury retail standards
- Maintain accurate stock records and operational documentation
- Support daily boutique operations to ensure a smooth guest experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass+ Minimum 3 months of course in hospitality
Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred
- Experience: 13 years in luxury retail, boutique, or hospitality preferred
Skills Required
- Experience in luxury retail environments with understanding of high-end products and clientele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations
- Pleasant personality, soft-spoken, and well-groomed
- Solid communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with guests and provide a premium boutique experience
