Construction Projects

Education Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related

field

Responsibility 1. Planning & Site Readiness

- Review installation plans and provide inputs for project schedules and

resource planning.

- Ensure site surveys, measurements, and pre-installation requirements

are completed before execution.

- Coordinate resolution of civil and site readiness issues with clients and

stakeholders.

2. Execution Coordination

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Safety, and Project teams

to ensure smooth project execution.





- Study drawings and ensure that the site supervisors and installation

team understand it and guide installation activity accordingly

- Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure

adherence to project timelines.

- Review contractor performance and escalate concerns to the Project

Manager.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings,

specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate inspections, closure of observations, NCRs, and corrective

actions.

- Participate in incident investigations and ensure implementation of

preventive measures.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Review checklists, work completion records, contractor bills, and

measurement reports.

- Prepare and submit progress reports, manpower reports, and project

documentation.
