Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Provide training on fire safety, industrial safety, risk assessment, and PPE usage to employees.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures for workplace safety.

- Ensure effective implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification) processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Health & Safety Engineering or related field.

- Solid knowledge of HSE management systems, including hazard analysis and risk assessment.

- Proficiency in conducting safety audits, inspections, and training sessions.

- Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
