Axis Securities Limited is looking for energetic Product Managers to drive innovation across our digital and capital market platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into product specifications.
- Work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, and UX teams.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives.
- Conduct UAT, manage product releases, and monitor product performance.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive innovation.
- Track product KPIs and continuously improve customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience in BFSI, FinTech, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, or Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, investment products, or digital financial services.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and product management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- MBA (Preferred) / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
