Key Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre.
- Assess, stabilize, and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, and coordinate referrals when required.
- Assist the Occupational Health Physician during consultations and medical examinations.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments as per company protocols.
- Monitor employees with chronic medical conditions and maintain follow-up records.
- Perform basic health assessments, including blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, pulse, height, weight, vision screening, and other routine clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment registers, and confidential employee health documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, occupational health standards, and company policies.
- Maintain emergency medicines, first aid kits, oxygen cylinders, AED, and other medical equipment, ensuring regular stock checks and readiness.
- Coordinate medical referrals, ambulance services, and emergency response activities.




- Conduct health awareness sessions, wellness programs, and toolbox talks on health and safety topics.
- Assist in organizing annual health check-ups and workplace vaccination programs.
- Maintain infection prevention and biomedical waste segregation practices as per applicable guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports and submit them to the client and management.
- Coordinate with HR, EHS, and site management on occupational health-related matters.
- Participate in mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
