Job Title: HR Associate (Fresher)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.




- Manage employee attendance and regularization on the HRMS platform, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Assist with learning & development, and HR projects.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.

Skills Required:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with teams.
