Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager / Floor Manager to lead the execution of HVAC and MEP projects, preferably in Data Centre environments. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and safety standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close HVAC/MEP projects as per project schedules and contractual requirements.
- Manage in office execution activities including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and associated MEP works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and track project schedules, manpower deployment plans, material requirements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, billing milestones, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, statutory regulations, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical, commercial, and execution-related issues.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.




- Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure timely procurement coordination and material availability for uninterrupted project execution.
- Drive productivity improvements and implement best practices in project management and site execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1014 years of experience in MEP/HVAC project execution.
- Experience in executing Data Centre projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, firefighting, and integrated MEP services.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of project documentation, quality control, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within stringent timelines.
