Job Title: Auditor – Data Operations & Cybersecurity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. The role includes conducting independent assessments of the organization’s data operations, match process applications, model development frameworks, algorithms and cybersecurity controls. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data governance, technology platforms, and security standards, with experience in both IT and business process audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute audits of data operations, model development pipelines, algorithms and cybersecurity infrastructure.

Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls related to:

Data integrity, lineage, and lifecycle management

Match process applications and reconciliation tools

Predictive/AI/ML model development, validation, and deployment

Cybersecurity posture, access controls, incident response, and regulatory compliance

Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and potential risks; recommend actionable remediation plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, IT security, operations,



and compliance to understand processes and associated risks.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports, clearly communicating findings, risk ratings, and recommendations.

Monitor and follow up on implementation of corrective action plans.

Stay current on relevant data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDP), cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and emerging audit tools.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Preferred Certifications:

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP / CEH (for cybersecurity), relevant data analytics certifications (e.g., CDMP, DA-100)

Working knowledge of Python/SQL, Algorithm, data pipelines, APIs, and basic machine learning concepts.

Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or audit software is a plus.

Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO), risk management principles, and compliance standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity audit, or data/process governance audit.
