Propack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for pharmaceutical process equipment and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have solid vendor management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and experience sourcing engineering components, fabrication materials, and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities.
- Source and develop new vendors for engineering materials and equipment.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely material procurement.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Stores, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain procurement MIS, purchase records, and documentation.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
