Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end approval processes for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Liaise with municipal corporations, urban development authorities, environmental departments, fire authorities, airport authorities, pollution control boards, and other statutory bodies.

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure all approvals and documentation comply with applicable development control regulations, local authority norms, and state government policies.
- Monitor changes in real estate regulations and proactively assess their impact on ongoing and future projects.
- Maintain records and trackers for all statutory approvals and timelines.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with architects, legal teams, consultants, contractors, and internal project stakeholders for documentation and submission requirements.
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with government departments and external agencies.
- Represent the organization during meetings with authorities and consultants.

Project Monitoring





- Track approval timelines and proactively identify bottlenecks.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend practical solutions to avoid project delays.
- Support management in project feasibility assessments from an approvals perspective.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare status reports, approval matrices, and compliance updates for senior management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all approvals and correspondence.
- Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate / MBA (Real Estate) or CA

Needs prior experience in real estate Liasoning - 10-15 years

Deep understanding of Mumbai real estate market dynamics and its regulations

Expertise in DCPR 2034, UDCPR, CIDCO bye laws.

Prior experience with any of the statutory bodies shall be preferred

An engineer or architect for educational qualification

Building a liasoning team Excellent communication and networking skills
