- About the Role & Team
- Drive entire talent management process for the organization from goal setting to mid year check ins to final discussions.
- Drive the skill assessment and talent reviews followed by other actions ( in external market, this is known as 9 box ) other actions include DAP creation , career planning
- Drive policy implementation , benchmarks with industry.
- Manage HR budgeting exercise and continuous monitoring
- Support in conceptualization of niche engagement activities.
- Motivate managers through feedback and rewards.




- Support promotion and career growth.
- Assist HR leaders in workforce planning, succession planning, and making justified compensation decisions.
- Solid experience on PMS Process and Talent Management.
