- Pitch, perform eligibility checks and drive conversion for the Instant Discharge product.
- Manage assigned instant discharge cases from initiation to closure, ensuring end-to-end operational completion.
- Collect, verify, and upload all required documents from the hospital and complete process steps to facilitate instant discharge
1. Pre-discharge documents (Pre-auth, Bill Estimate )
3. Post discharge documents ( Final insurance approval letter )
- Ensure timely and accurate document uploads on the portal as per defined TAT and process.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including hospital insurance desks, billing teams, TPAs, and central operations teams.
- Track pending cases and proactively resolve documentation or process gaps.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
