Role & responsibilities
1) Act as the primary bridge between internal design teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and seamless communication.
2) Prepare feasibility reports, FSI calculations, and architectural drawings etc. for submission to statutory bodies.
3) Site visits to verify approval parameters and ensure in office execution aligns with approved plans.
Preferred candidate profile
B Arch with top Architecture college with 3+ years of experience.
