Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging social media content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote the company's IT services and consulting offerings.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in Content Creation or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of Customer Engagement principles and practices.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality written content for various formats (blog posts, tweets, Facebook updates).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
